Recipe:
Coriander seeds - 15 tsp
Red chilli - 25/ 30 nos
Tuvar Dal - 2 tsp
Chana Dal - 2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Raw rice - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/2" pellets
Turmeric - 1 stick
Curry leaves (dried) - 1 sprig
Directions:
1. Dry roast the ingredients.
2. Powder and store it in an airtight container.
Note:
1. Curry leaves and turmeric are optional.
Method 2:
Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 1 and 1/3 cup
Red chillies - 3 handful
Tuvar Dal - 1 cup
Chana Dal - 1/2 cup
Black pepper - 3.5 tbsp
Hing - a few pellets
Oil - 1 or 2 tbsp
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wide mouthed Kadai.
2. Add Ingredients one by one.
3. Saute the ingredients in low flame.
4. Blend everything.
5. Store it in an airtight container.
