Gothsu podi 1

Gothsu podi - Gothsu is a popular side dish and is unique to South Indian cuisine especially Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. There are various gothsu or gojju recipes, and there is a specific powder or paste for each gothsu. This is a 3 ingredient gothsu powder, I've seen my granny simply putting all these ingredients during the tempering but roasting and powdering the ingredients takes the recipe to the next level.
