Banana pancakes



An easy peasy recipe to satisfy the hunger pangs of the kids with the easily available ingredients in the pantry.


Recipe:

APF - 1 cup (200/250ml)

Powdered  jaggery - 1 tbsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Coconut oil - 1tsp

Milk - 1 cup

Banana - 1 (small)

Egg - 1(large)

Salt - a pinch

Ghee -  as required


Method:

1. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to make a smooth batter.

2. Heat a non stick uthappam skillet in low flame.

3. Take the batter with the help of a tbsp and pour into the cavities of the pan.

4. Drizzle some ghee around the edges of the pancakes.

5. Cook on both sides till golden.

6. My son loves to have it with nutella spread but u can drizzle some maple syrup too.
